I am getting ready to form a business name and would like to know if it is possible to use Incorporated, Enterprices, or the like at the end of the name.

First off, to add a word to the name of the business for the sake of things is not that good of an idea. If for no other reason than customers being pretty smart, they will realize what you are up to, and you will likely come out the loser in this game of marketing-based naming tactics.

That having been said...

While there exist no legalities concerning Enterprise, I would discourage against its use for the simple reason that it can hint at inexperience. Although some businesses use this, I generally think it is better to leave this off, as it also serves no real purpose.

To use Incorporated as part of the name, your business must be legally registered as a corporation, and the only reason the Inc exists in some names is due to that fact.

It's simply a business name. No need to worry.
