hoya i have just bought it and waiting for it to be delivered but i have never used it just read good reveiws on it so looking for the same answers as you as far as im aware it cant harm anyone but dont take my word for that i am scared to ask my docter as i know he will say dont take it as it isnt a precription drug and they dont sell it in the uk i got mine from usa sorry i cant help more x

i heard it does. i actually ordered from the US but didnt use it cos i got pregnant. i hear it's very helpful.
