Blech, the last thing I want when eating is to look at some guy's hairy butt. At least if you're going tit-for-tat, give the guy a speedo or biker shorts or something!
To answer the question though - Hooters is close... other than that, most of the U.S. is too cold to have people in bikini's all year. It's just not practical. Of course, Hooters isn't that practical either... Try Hawaii or Florida.
