Wow, is this question poorly written...I can only guess where the missing numbers are.

0.06 ___ 6 Here the difference between the two numbers is two orders of magnitude, or a factor of 100. Best guess is that the middle number is 0.6, representing factors of 10 moving to the right.

101.1 1011 ______ Here the first two are different by a factor of ten, so a third number (if that's the blank positions) would be 10110. If the blank is in the first spot, then it would be 10.11

0.09 0.9 _____ Like the first - factors of 10, so a blank in the third position would be 9

13 26 _____ The difference here is multiplication by 2. So a blank in the third spot would be 52. Or if you consider an arithmetic rise, you could add 13 to make it 39.

3.14___5 This series isn't arithmetic - it involves the first 4 decimal places of the most famous irrational number in the world, pi. The missing third digit would be 1.

It's a wee bit hard to spot what numbers are missing, but I'll guess this is what you mean:
0.06 6 [0.06 times 100 = 6]
101.1 1011 [101.1 times 10 = 1011]
0.09 0.9 [ 0.09 times 10 = 0.9]
13.26 [ 13 times 26 = 338]
3.145. [ 3 times 145 = 435]

These are patterns and addition puzzles

0.06 6 the pattern is 0.0666
101.1 1011 the patern is 101.101011 look 101.1 0 1011
0.09 0.9 the answer is 0.0900.9 look 0.09 0.09
13.26 the answer is 13.2611 look 1+3+2=6 then 3+2+6=11
3.145 the answer is 3.145.9 look 3+1=4 1+4=5 4+5=9

It appears they are moving the decimal one place to the right (like multiplying by 10).

13.26 becomes 132.6
3.145 becomes 31.45 unless I missed something.
