A woman can always get pregnant, being HIV+ or not. What she should have in mind is that there is a high risk that the baby is also HIV+ (not guaranteed but highly probable).
Some children born HIV+ have been reported to have it recessed a few years later, naturally. Others develop AIDS and get very sick, as any person with AIDS, and any die at a very early age.

Yes. Sometimes the baby gets it, sometimes it doesn't. I am not sure of actual statistics. I have read quite a few instances where the baby doesn't get it if it wasn't breastfed. If an HIV woman has a baby, she is told not to breastfeed because of the likelihood of the baby getting the virus through her milk. There are also drugs that the woman can take while pregnant that may help prevent the baby from being infected.

Pregnant women can get pregnant with HIV, and there are drugs out there that can lower the risk of baby getting infected by as low as 2%
The only way to get pregnant without infecting the partner is by artificial insemination.
There are other factors involved with birth and postpartum, an HIV+ mom cannot breastfeed her baby.
Here is some great additional information on pregnancy and HIV

Yes. It is possible to pass it on to the child, but more and more is being done to stop that from happening. The woman should consult with a doctor before getting pregnant if possible. If she is already pregnant she needs to see a doctor right away to see what medications need to be taken and what medication she is taking needs to be stopped for the health of the child.
