I watched it and I think the baby is Justin's but Jake didn't open the envelope which had the results in he just ripped it up and put it in the draw. I think someone will find it and then tell him he isn't the father.

he told everyone it was his but at the end of that particullar programme saw him look at the bit of paper and rip it up...i think it might be justins afterall!!
