Like mentioned above Bobby Holik and Jozef Stumpel use wooden sticks. Also Jason Spezza should be using one too proving woods are not "grizzled veterans" only. I'm sure that Freddy Modin still uses wood... It is said that wood gives the player a better feel to the game, well at least those who use wood say this.
And can't forget Al MacInnis' commentary after he was clocked at about 99 MPH in 2002-03 (with an by then standarts out-dated all-wood Sher-Wood). MacInnis said: "So much for technology, eh?"

Just about everyone has converted to composite, but there ARE a few guys still clinging to the old wooden sticks. At the moment I'm only familiar with what the players on the Tampa Bay Lightning use (as that's the team I have season tickets to and watch most frequently) and at the moment there are no players on the team using wooden sticks. Fredrick Modin always used one while he was here, and was the last Lightning player to do so until he was traded to Columbus. Im not sure if he's still using one out there.

Yep, Calgary Flames d-man Roman Hamrlik.

Excerpt from article:
Both boast great shots but Phaneuf uses a one-piece composite while Hamrlik sports a trusty wooden stick.
That's right -- real wood.
"I started at 18 and we didn't have those Synergy, one-piece sticks," said Hamrlik. "Trust me, I try every stick on the market. I'll just stick with the wood."

Most do use the new composite sticks, but there still are a few who prefer traditional wood.

"I actually like being one of the only guys who uses it," said Noah Welch, the only Penguins player still using one. "I actually used a two-piece [stick] in high school, then tried a wood [one] my senior year and just liked it a lot better. And I've stuck with it since."

Sadly, there are only a few players left using real twigs
Personally, I think if God meant for Hockey Sticks to be made out of anything other than wood,
He would have made trees out of carbon fiber

Yes, several of the Hurricanes Defenseman at least. Peter Laviolette urges them all to use wooden sticks because they're a lot harder to break.

Yes there still are, but it's pretty rare these days. For example Bobby Holik uses old school wooden sticks.

there are still a few players that use wooden sticks...but it's becoming a rarity. unfortunately younger hockey players like the lighter fiberglass material and think it helps their shots.
