please tell me, Why I always get swet in my hands?

Every time I am getting swet in hands not only in summer but in all seasons it's there..I am feeling very much bad because of this in office.If I hold a telephone in my hand it becomes completely wet.

Sweaty palms can be caused by shallow breathing. Try sitting back, taking several deep breaths, and focusing on a feeling of warmth in your hands. It always works for me.
