for eg. find value of x and y from the given equations 2x-3y-6=0 and 9x+4y+6=0 how can i solve this problem without graphing in t183 calculator? do i need to download any software for calculator? If u know any other kind of calculator that solve linear and quardatic both equations. Please let me know. I will be more than happy if they solve 3 unknowns. or cube equations (AX3 + BX2 + CX + D = 0)

Go to the TI website, there are apps such as Math Solver that you can download that will do this.
Advanced calculators that can solve equations are nice, but make sure that you understand the theory of how to solve things like this. Learning math isn't just about having the answer, it's also about knowing how to get to the answer.
Calculators usually give the answer in the form of a decimal approximation rather than an exact answer which (in the case of polynomial equations like you cited) typically involves rational expressions and/or surds. The exact answer is needed to convey the understanding.

You can solve it using MathSolver by subtracting one equation from the other making it equal to zero.

You can also solve it using matrices and rref.

You can invert the matrix.

Later models of the TI calculators can go algebra.
