I don't know what to do, I have 3 options:
1) work for my aunt 10 days from 9am to 6pm, reciving a nice paychek by just answering the phone and reciving money.
2) work for my dad only in the mornings and practically nothing of money; meanwhile wait to be accepted for a job in a hotel and go on a 3-4 days vacations.
please answer me honesly.

When it comes to work, always choose the option that is least stressful and more enjoyable. Money will always run out, and you will be miserable at a job you dislike.

option number 1: do you get experience and possably responsibilty that would help you in your hotel job?
Option number 2: sounds more steady if you don't mind helping your dad out. You didn't say what would be expected of you in option number two but maybe you would get expoerience and responsiblity too for your hotel job. unless the hotel job is not behind the desk go with option 2

the aunt job sounds nice but tiresome
if you like to party or do other activities, the first job may be a bit too many hours to balance with other of life's activities
the job with your dad will give you experience, while not overworking you. i don't quite understand the hotel/vacation situation so can't comment on that part of the question.

Take the 10 day job - if/when you get the hotel job you can plan for an even better vacation!

Go to work for your aunt.
If you get the position at the hotel they will understand that you need to give a notice at your current job.

option 1, because you get the good money while waiting for the hotel job. and your aunt's job seem easy as pie...

i'm not sure which one i would take...more money against a nice vacation...that's a tough decision. I guess it really matters what you think and who needs more help. not what a bunch of people think. would you rather make more money and go on a vacation or help your dad and wait for a good job to come along...good luck on your choice
