how do i resize a video so i can upload it to the internet?

its 120mb and it cant be larger than 100mb. please help.

microsoft has a program with win XP called "windows movie maker". it has an option which might take some quality from the movie, but will reduce the size of the file. it won't recognize .avi files, though.

it's under start->programs->accessories

you could try to upload the video to http://www.nelsok.com they accept files up to 200mb
