Women: A little genie has given you button. If you push the button, the moment you go into labor, you and your husband (or significant other) would switch places, leaving him to experience the pain. The moment the child is born, you'd switch back.

Would you push it?

I think we should let them endure everything. From the time of conception to 6 weeks after. If men really knew what happened to a womans body they wouldn't complain over the smallest thing.

If he teases me on being a wimp or something, I would totally push that button.

But if he's being kind and supportive, then I'd keep the pain for myself, and quickly ask for the epidural!

AT ALL. but the thing is i loved having my baby's because i feel that i am closer to them because i was the one that brought them it to this world but they should feel some pain

No, I know this sounds stupid, but that I don't want my husband to feel the pain. I would rather take the pain so I can give him the baby at night when I am tired and he can feed him!

No, i seriously don't think a man could handle it. My husband says he would switch places with me but i always tell him he doesn't know what he's getting himself into. I mean he cries over a little cramp i couldn't imagine what he would do with those contractions! Only if i was really pissed at him but otherwise i wouldn't do that...Lol.

I am a man and I agree with you totally. When my first wife gave birth to my son, I watched and she asked me later "what did it look like"? My best discription was that it looked to me like she was pooping a white bowling ball. At the time, she didn't find it very humorus, but she does now. (25 years ago)
