Now being a lefty is socially acceptable. Some of the greatest people I know are left handed, actually!
However, back in the day anything on the left had a negative connotation. For example, in Latin the word for left is sinister. That's why it's a GOOD thing to be someone's "right hand man."
Do people think left-handed people are bad today? Of course not, but I always found the history in all of that interesting.

My guy friend is a lefty and I think he is the greatest person! Left handed people tend to be more creative in my opinion. To bad that most things are made for the right-handed majority.

Left handed people are always in their right mine. ~They say if you're right handed you use the left side of your brain and if you're left handed you use the right side.

"They" say lefties are less intelligent. My neurosurgeon is a lefty. That tells you the accuracy of "them". ;)
