Hey girl! for about $100 more you can enjoy the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. In San Juan you can get a 4star hotel at 2 star price , also affordable food, off white sand beaches, watching the sunset from a beautiful island,what can be more romantic the that? 600 per person includes air fare and hotel GOOD LUCK!

I would suggest a Poconos moutain retreat. Or if you would rather stay south, there's many bed and breakfast inns everywhere, but one in particular in Natchez, MS; or in South Carolina or North Carolina. I'd do a bed and breakfast. Hard to find too romantic in July (too many "family" vacations esp. in FLorida.
