Hayley Elizabeth is beautiful- Thomas Allen is ok, a little stuffy though- I'd change the Allen.

I prefer the spelling Hallie or Halley
Thomas Allen sounds very similar to Tim Allen. I don't think you want your baby to be dubbed "The Santa Clause"

Love em both!! Although I'd spell Allen ...Allan to be different. So it would be Thomas Allan. Course I'm partial to that name. My son is Allan Michael..my daughters are Holly Jessica and Brianna Nicole.
