Select the picture by clicking on it. Look to see if the Picture toolbar is now showing. If it is not you can turn it on by clicking on the View menu and choose Toolbars and click on Picture (if there is a tick in front of this, it means it is already on)

Click on the Text Wrapping button and choose whatever wrapping you want, if you are not sure, 'Through' is a good one.

The 'handles' (at each corner and midway on the lines) on your picture will now be white.

Pointing at your picture you should now see a cross or four-headed arrows, click and drag the picture to the position you want. Or you can use the cursor (arrow) keys on your keyboard to move it.

You should be able to click and drag the pic to move it, but make sure you are in "normal" view, not page layout view. If that doesn't work, try copying and pasting it.
