The rate of increasing population is decreasing in respect to other "races."
In 2003 the annual increase for:
Asians- 12.5%
Pacific Islanders- 5.8%
African Americans- 4.4%
Native Alaskans and Indians- 3.3%
Whites- 2.8%
"The population of Hispanics (who may be of any race) reached 39.9 million on July 1, 2003, accounting for about one-half of the 9.4 million residents added to the nation's population since Census 2000"

That depends on how you define "white." And that's no "cuute" answer-race is a social, not a physical attribute.
For example--by ancestry, hispanics are largely European--and thus "white"-but many people don't view them as white.
And about 85% of the population of the US has at least some (black) African ancestry. Including the majority of people who view themselves as "white."
The whole race thing is a fiction--perpetuated mostly by the (unfortunately effective) eforts to mislead the majority of people into thinking it matters--which it doensn't. What matters is what a person does--not who their ancestors were.

Honestly, I have no idea. What is your definition of white? Do you mean blonde hair and blue eyes? Or do you mean non-black? This must be specified due to how many nationalities there are in the U.S. I know that I am italian american. People consider me white because I'm not black. I guess it depends on your definition of the word "white". Thank you.

yes what can you expect with our country bringing all the foreigners in and giving them everything for free homes ,business , medical and that list goes on and on they have children like rabbitts and the American people work to pay for it
