If You're An Independent Representative - I'm interested in finding out more about the products they offer, what pricing is like, how sales are, etc., but am hesitant to contact them directly - I want to hear from actual sales reps.

If you've used- How are the Happy Naturals Organic products? Are they as good quality as advertised? Would you purchase again?

I am at gardening websites a lot and I have not heard of them (yet).

If they are really a good company, then they should be up front with you about anything. And they should understand how it is good to check into a company before hiring on<
but I know what you mean when you say you would like to know beforehand. Researching companies before interviewing is a common practice. And even researching trends in the industry it's self can be good. Here is a page that might help you find a few ways to do research and this page is just one of many on this subject, I found it by using yahoo's search engine, I used the words "how to research a company"
http://ilearn.senecac.on.ca/careers/research/how_to_company_research.html
And in addition to all the financial concerns, you might try checking the Better Business Bureau and the Equal Opportunity Employment folks for disputes involving the company.

About the quality of "Happy Gardener" products, maybe you could buy some and see how they work yourself. You can't really believe anybody else anyway<
If you bought their products, then it might give you a chance to talk to a local rep anyway though. And you just might learn something from them as you hope to.

If you decide this company is a good one for you, then you might consider introducing them to the idea of a web outlet. Online sales can be a biggy and it doesn't look like this company has a website. If they do have a site, then they definately need help getting their keywords registered with the search engines.

If you do independent sales (or even if you don't), a website might be a good way to go if you put the time into keyword dissemination in addition to the other concerns surrounding website development<<>many free resources for doing so are readily available on the net. Search "free" website hosting, website development, banner creation, gifs, fonts, etc. And then sometimes, but not always, you use "HTML" to put the site together and there are many instructions around concerning "how to use HTML". Don't forget "website promotion" after all that...

:-)

maybe you'll go into business for yourself (natural products are not hard to make)

good luck with your pursuits
