I found a couple of sites that have printables and images you can use to create your own map, including the items in your list.
Is that what you mean?

Some of the maps online that they link to, do have the legend and scale info, etc that you have listed.

I continually use a map while on the line yet in open places or in forests a map may well be rendered ineffective so a compass may well be needed. My motto is...neglect the sat-nav, use a map and elementary experience.

call Bluewater charts of Ft.Lauderdale and ask them they would love to help they print charts for the whole world
