I think lita was a better wrestler but she had a bad personality and thats why she was mainly kept as a heel

I would have to say that as of when they left, Trish was way better. Lita was too scared in the ring and it showed while Trish never stopped going full speed till the end

Trish without a doubt. She has held the Women's title more times than Lita, and Lita has mostly won the Women's title by cheating(either by the help of Edge or by hitting them with a belt.*coughs* Mickie James)so I'll go with Trish.
