we can make this global but we need your help

try to get music from now..and the past. Make "happy hours" where people ring in and request a song. And set up more websites throughtout..make it in different languages too. So that people can read what your radio site has to offer. Get some good dj's in someone with personality. Don't be afraid to get rid of someone if the ratings our dyer..but don't just sack them if you know what i mean lol. What you think? Good luck;) Oh and someone that's bubbly i.e. Chris Moyles..someone like him would be good for your station;)

Obviously not many people listening, listeners are supposed to contact you for shout-outs not the other way round.
