I am not trying to get anyone mad...it is just an observation at how poorly we as a people spell on here! Is our school system that bad??

I am appalled by the level of spelling and grammar on this site, and many other sites. I am afraid that our language, as we know it, is going downhill, very quickly. I cannot believe the amount of people who seem to be educated to some degree, but still can't form a sentence. It saddens me.

Yes and what's worse..Is that it's preventable simply by clicking on the check Spelling in the right corner!

Hahahaha. I concur completely! It drives me crazy. Once in a while, spelling errors happen. But constantly? Methinks people just don't pay attention. Or they just suck. ;-) Just kidding. People are in a hurry when they type and don't take the time to spell check.

I think it is amount of time young people spend text messaging and instant messaging. Nobody knows how to spell or write a sentence either. It is scary though

NOT everyone is as gifted in spelling as you..It's just like asking way can't everyone do Trigonometry as well as me!!!!
