Only using commas to correct this piece of writing... where do I put the commas? The piece is below...


Since this bill, a long awaited piece of legislation by senior citizens allows older Americans to work and collect Social Security workers will stay on the job longer.

It'll never be correct with JUST commas, or not as correct as it could be. Read please.

Since this bill, a long awaited piece of legislation by senior citizens WHICH allows older Americans to work and collect Social Security, workers will stay on the job longer.

If you don't add the "which", the sentence is awkward and will never sound natural. "Which" is, I believe, a conjunction.

The "since" could be replaced with "after" which would even make it more coherent.
