The original statute 970.03 reads:
http://ojjdp.ncjrs.org/pubs/tryingjuvasadult/states/wi.html
“However, this reverse waiver procedure is not available in the case of a child of at least 15 accused of first degree intentional homicide, attempted first degree intentional homicide, first degree reckless homicide, or second degree intentional homicide.”
According to a newspaper article which came out today, Wednesday, January 31, 2007, this statute has been revised. Can someone tell me where this revision can be found?

The first two responses have not rendered the requested information: The first response directs to the "Revisor of Statutes Bureau" and not to the "Revised Statutes Bureau" as the responder writes. The second response directs one to the statute which waives jurisdiction from juvenile court to adult criminal court. In the case in point, the direction of the waiver is in the opposite direction, i.e., a reverse waiver from adult criminal court back to juvenile court. The revision that I am looking for has to do with the ostensible nullification of the requirement to hold any juvenile who has reached his or her 14th birthday in adult criminal court if he or she has committed a very serious felony such as intentional first-degree homicide.
