A contraceptive pill won't save you. You would have to take the morning after pill. There is always a chance you can get pregnant - they are more likely if you were in the middle of your cycle and could have been ovulating. Just so you know because you're already stressin' about it your period could be late. Stress causes more late periods than anything.

When was your last period? A few days ago, 12-14 days ago or will it be starting soon? You ovulate during the middle of your cycle. I'd take the Morning After Pill just to be safe though.

Are you usually taking pills as your protection? If yes, then take that pill one today. and then take the next pill as scheduled the following day. You should take it the same time each day. By that you are safe. If you missed 2 pills, forget that pill and have it change by your gynecologist it will not work.

Chances are good but if you have already concieved, its not going to do you any good.
Go to Planned Parenthood, hun. They give out the pill for free. It's better to keep yourself protected at all times!

well, one pill, a few hours after you have sex, will not help in any way. wait a week, then begin the process, so that you can be sure you're working on normal fertility.
