Sample survey questions for a new magazine. (new product Concept)?

I need to send out a survey questionaire to find out the opinions of people for a new magazine(periodical) that we will be launching out. Can you suggest few questions? It's going to be a family magazine. Thanks

First of all publish anything. Distribute it. Put this question in your periodicals. Readers will write U. Announce gift / prize on each inward letter. People want periodicals on ALL topics. You have to decide contents. You can always divert from main route. If you send me a copy, I can send best articles for next issues.
