start by spelling impress correctly..he won't be impressed by an uneducated ditz
but seriously, where are you going? we need to know if its casual or formal, and stuff like that.
You probably have a good figure based on your height/weight so skinny jeans should work, wear them with a long sweater, or if its formal, go with a nice dress that accents your legs.. good luck

Work what assets you have. If you are tan, wear something white or add some white accessories to play up your tan.
Other than that black always looks amazing. Wear a tealength skirt and some kitten heels. If you are going somewhere reallly casual try some super nice jeans with a small heel.
I say use a 2 inch curling iron and curl every piece AWAY from your face, when you are done, run your fingers through your hair to get the wavy look that all the celebs have right now.
This is really good because you don't reallly have to worry about it messing up. It's a messy look anyways. If you spend time with an updo or straightening your hair to death chances are it won't maintain all evening.
And most importantly be sure to smell amazing but don't over due it. Make sure you moisturize well and that your lotion doesn't clash with your perfume. Make sure your nails are clean and nice. Don't chew gum it is pretty unattractive, so stick to mints.
I always stick dental floss, a small bottle of mouth wash, Qtips, and lipgloss in your purse. If you go eat, when you are done eating, sneak to the bathroom..if there is something in your teeth you can floss it out in there, swish some mouthwash real quick, touch up your gloss and then then use the Q-tips to fix any smudged makeup (eyeboogers) Don't do any of this stuff at the table including makeup.

Wear something that flatters your body. I dont know your personality or morals but if you are the type that wont sleep with a guy on the first or second date then make sure you look appropriate... if you are small breasted, try a tight shirt with a small v-neck, depending wear you go is what you wear so I will need more info to give a good answer, if you have large breast try to NOT wear a shirt where the guy wont be able to stop starring.
what ever you decide to wear make sure it is not too much for the occasion but not too little too, also accessories make any outfit look great.

well anything would probably look good on you judging from the weight in comparisson to the height ....
but a simple low round collared strapless mini black dress always impresses ...
that way you can become a ***** if the date isn't going well OR you could be seductive OR classy if the date is :)
you can never go wrong with the little black dress... :)

If you don't have anything thats what friends are for borrow clothes. There's always second hand shops also.I really hope he is after you and your personality instead of what your wearing. Good luck
