No, they would have been terrified of the backlash- not to mention the security implications of all the channel 4 staff and sponsors.
But make no mistake other religions are learning fast, remember the Sikh play in Birmingham the was pulled , or the hoo ha about Jerry Springer the musical.
Religion is on the march , with the terrorists islamists leading the charge.

I was going to say yes, but having read all the other answers, I agree that (in a country that did not publish those offensive Danish cartoons in 2006), there is no way such footage would be shown, as the consequences could be deadly & so the censors would step in with a huge fine or would step in sooner still.

Religious discrimination and racial discrimination are two different things....You could be of the same religion and yet be discriminated based on race. I think the case was of racial discrimination and I think Channel 4 would have broadcasted it.

Yes, they would have brodcasted it. I think, Channel 4 brodcasting team never thought that it was racial discrimination untill they started receiving complains from all over the country. And i think it was just bulling rather than racial discrimination.

i think they would have broadcasted it because after all they do wanna make a interesting show. at least muslims take a stand for wat they believe in. unlike those chavs that just boo everyone and evrything which is partly mean, but i hoped they wud be more aggressive like chuck acid on jade goodies face for making horrid comments
