I have no experience doing customer service and i 'm not really good with words. i have some skill in computers, graphics, and problem solving though, i'm not useless i would think(even if i'm nothing near professional). All the jobs in Newspaper ads or computer job site ads, need people with customer service or years of experience EVEN when they seem other wise easy to do.
I'm 27

I can't tell you exactly what to look for, but I will tell you this: if you come across jobs that seem like things you can do, then APPLY. I know from experience (plus I know a few people in HR, management, etc. at various companies) that sometimes companies will post all kinds of requirements just to weed people out. Send your resume with a cover sheet - on your cover sheet, sell yourself. Explain why you feel as though you are qualified and show that you are teachable and trainable (try not to sound too cliche, though...be yourself). This way, you won't miss out on a good job opportunity just because you don't think that you're qualified...remember, all they can say is no.
