xbox 360 and no left hand need help?

I am missing my left hand i play alot of video game is there some where i can have a custom controler made??

i can hold it just fine its just i cant use the left trigger like in halo 2 i cant shoot 2 guns at once thank you for the info!

I read recently about a custom gamepad built for amputees. It involved having one joystick on the bottom of the controller, so that balancing the controller in one's lap controlled it. It was ingenious.
