I've often wondered why they think the man who is protecting them is more of a threat than those trying to kill them are.

The liberal biased enabling media is the problem.

They refuse to cover negative news about liberal bedwetting moonbats and refuse to cover positive news about conservatives.

Liberals are unable to win in the market place of ideas. Liberals can't win or be successful without having to cheat.

Liberals want to shut down free speech that the internet and talk radio provide.

Liberals are the new fascists.

Liberals suffer from Bush Derangement Syndrome.

Its real and it's incurable.

When stricken with this incurable disease, liberals minds warp into anti-American terrorist supporting mean spirited bigoted hunks of quivering flesh with an appetite to appear in front of a camera somewhere.

Liberals would gladly sacrifice millions of lives abroad and here at home in they derranged attempt to discredit President Bush.

I am a liberal and I'll be glad to answer your question. I am very concerned about the threat of attack from terrorists. These are people that have married themselves to an ideology and have no respect for human life. I am not more concerned with "the man who is protecting us" than I am the terrorists. However, the worst the terrorists can do to us is plot and sometimes carry out attacks. As horrendous as the results of these attacks are I know the terrorists can never overcome us or change who we are by taking away our freedom. The "man who is protecting us" on the other hand can do just that if we allow it. That is why I amalso (not more) concerned with the threat this administration poses.

As I said I am a liberal. However, I am also a conservative. When anyone puts their hands on my country's constitution I get very conservative indeed.

Look, if Bush had called things for what they were in the beginning, we would be much better off. We aren't fighting a war on terror, we are fighting another country's civil war, which is very much distracting us from the real point, isn't it? He has proven that he is completely inept in handling this whole situation, and has actually escalated it. So, now we are here. As far as terrorism, I rather like the way other countries (who have actually been successful at thwarting attacks) are dealing with it. the UK treats their attacks as CRIMES carried out by CRIMINALS. Then they conduct INVESTIGATIONS by their police force, and bring down the CRIMINALS> How does letting a terrorist go (Bin LAden) and invading a country make us any safer, or more secure? We haven't even had justice for 9/11, and it looks like we never will. Seeriously, I realize that Bush's HEART may be in the right place, and he is trying to protect us, but the REALITY is that he has proven to WRONG and UNCAPABLE of doing his job. PLain and simple. Now, if you think this war was a grreat idea, and is going well, it is simply impossible to have a conversation with you, as a certain amount of 'being on the same page' needs to occur. So stop worrying abou what liberals THINK of the president, and start worrying about what he is doing (and has already done) to our country.

Nobody thinks Bush is more a threat than terrorists. The fact is that we can not chase down every terrorist on the planet, so we would be better off protecting our borders and harbors, and improving intelligence to avoid another 9-11 type attack. George is not protecting us. If he gave a damn about terrorists, he would have put more effort into killing Bin Ladin, the person inherently responsible for the 9-11 attacks.

have you ever heard of causing more harm than good? sure, not all of what Bush does is bad.. but the bad he causes far outshines what little good comes from it.. the world is less stable and is NOT on a road to stability. now, what do we think about terrorist and the threat they pose? we think we should be going after the TERRORISTS such as Bin Laden instead of the Bush philosophy of just not thinking about him.. I mean really.. they found Saddam pretty quickly... they had (until Bush got distracted by Iraq) a decent idea where Bin Laden was... and they dropped the ball so to speak... we think we should be fighting terrorism by going after the actual terrorists.. and we also believe that terrorism can not be defeated by military might alone!! terrorism is based in ideology .. and until a political war is waged against the ideology terrorism can not be defeated.

If the man trying to protect me is so concerned with my wellbeing, why is he not actually trying to protect me from the real threat of my American tweaker neighbors throwing road flares at my house at 4am?
Are you talking about a nuclear threat? The man protecting us can't even pronounce it, let alone have the intelligence available to determine whether or not there even is one, apparantly.

Excellent question!! They are really passivists and make statements like "our brave men and women in the military", when in fact they tear them down when they rally against their own countries protectors. Do they care that Bin Laden and Sadam loyalists see what goes on here in the US. It emboldens the terrorists to denounce the Iraq war, whether you like it or not. They (liberals) speak out of two sides of the mouth. Truth is they would never fight a war and turn this country into a scared rabbit. Shun them, and lets win!

They want to give them rights and a good home. Then pay them to do there dastardly deeds. That is the liberal way of life. Give it all away including your freedom. Dont get me wrong they like there freedom they just dont want anyone that doesnt agree with them to have any.

the threat of terrorists is way overstated, and Bush & Co. have sold fear to maintain political power.

Also, there is a considerable evidence that that 9-11 was an inside job.

It exists. But turning it into conservative jihad and creating more terrorists, pissing off the world, and attacking countries that had nothing to do with it don't solve the problem.
