Within the past two weeks when the temp is below 32 degrees in the am, the car refuses to start. Ive had the battery checked twice and was told it was full power. The car starts fine when it has sat in the sun for an hour or so. Ive tried putting a blanket over the engine block overnight and was successful starting it at 15 deg outside, but the next day that didnt work. Im at a loss.

If the motor is cranking but will not start, you need to do (2) things. "After making sure the battery cables are clean and tight"
1.) Buy some WD-40 and spray all the plug wires and other electrical wires under the hood. WD-40 displaces water and temporarily seals wires. If moisture is getting into your wires, this is an in-expensive way to test it. If this corrects the problem, then you need to start replacing things. (Start with plug wires)
2.) Go to the local part store and purchase some Dry-Gas. You may have some water in your fuel system. Dry-Gas is alcohol base and will help to get rid of the moisture. Just put one or two bottles into your fuel tank and drive it some. You may want to purchase High Test gasoline for the next couple of fill-ups. High octane fuel will ignite easier and may help your starting troubles.
SPECIAL NOTE: Fuel filters should be changed once a year! If you have not done it or remember when you last changed it, you need to replace it.
