Does Iran already have them? Or are they just on the road towards having them?

They don't have nuclear weapons; they are trying to get facilities needed to make the necessary high-grade material, though they say they won't use it for that.
They could probably construct a dirty bomb, though.

Iran doesn't have nukes yet. If they did they would have tested them out, just like N. Korea did.
I personally don't think that Iran wants the weapons, and even if they did, experts from Nuclear watch dog groups have said that it would take them between 8 to 10 years to develop the weapons at the rate that they are going.
Iran is no one to mess with. They aren't like Iraq who didn't have anything to begin with. They have an army and know how to use them. While the US has only a shred of the military that we once had.

Admitting that they have them will only bring attacks from the US and Israel. Laying low for now is probably their best move. Iran's allys are nations that already have the technology and are enemies of the US and Israel. If they don't have them, the soon will. Anyone believing that a nuclear Iran is a good thing may want to rethink that one. Even the Arab States don't want Persians to have nuclear weapons.

If Iran does not already have them, it should. Atleast that would bring stability to the region. Let us think of one thing...what would US loose if Iran had nuclear weapons? Iran does not have missiles that would reach any part of US anyway. The reason US does not want Iran to have a nuclear weapon is that Israel does not want Iran to have them. Coz, if Iran had nuclear weapon, the power in the region would balance and that is not in favour of Israel, which already has nuclear weapons. And moreover, stability in middle east region implies that US cannot boss around in that region which is the prime source for oil. Believe it or not, Iran getting nuclear will do more good to the world than bad. There will be no more Iraq's and Palestine's crisis.

No, sorry, Iran should not be allowed no count what different international locations have them. while the leaders of Iran connect the twenty first century and initiate appearing like adults, then possibly. yet allowing them nuclear weapons means they are able to grant one to 3 terrorist group who could incredibly use it ... to kill thousands and thousands of folk through fact those human beings don't think of their god. not sturdy.

I don't think they have yet because when they do develop them they will let everyone know. Do not be fooled, their program is all about nuclear weapons, that is its sole goal. As Iran is run by those with the suicide bomber mentality you can be sure as soon as they develop a weapon there will be a suicide bomb on a monumental scale, they will use it knowing the response will be to wipe them off the map. Then they will all go to paradise.

I don't think they have it ...yet,and I don't know if they are going to get it ...If Israel and US keep threatening Iran with military actions,I wouldn't be surprised if Iran is going to take some defense measures ...and the nuclear bomb is going to be the best defense...See Iraq and North Korea...US chose to attack Iraq,which had no WMD,instead of attacking N Korea,although they were spreading very proud the news that they have nuclear weapons and they could use them anytime...
Ivri,not anti Jewish,I have absolutely nothing against Jews,I have a problem with Israel's government thinking they can place Israel above all human laws....And one more thing,Iran having the nuclear bomb does not equal Iran using it...
I have to agree with Phil...Why no one is making such a big deal because of the nuclear weapon that North Korea has?Because it is not a threat to Israel's position in the Middle East...

They do not have them yet but it will not be long before they do.
This is why Bush has to keep changing his diapers every time Iran comes out and sez they are going ahead with their plans on their nuclear energy program.
Who cares if they have a nuke?
Just as long as they do not use it in a pre-emptive strike like Bush did to Iraq by invading it!!!!!!

No I dont think so .. they dont have any nuclear weapons .. i am sure of that .. they just want nuclear energy .. i guess you never know what people are up to but i don't think they want nuclear weapons
