The pharoh of the combined kingdoms in Egypt. Mohamad in the first Caliphate. Ceasar Agustus prior to conversion of Rome to a republic. Cleopatra in the northern part of Egypt controlled by the Ptolemy dynasty. I suppose for a while George W. thought he had it. Ghangis Khan over the Mongols. Up through Nicholas 3rd the Tsars of Russa. Shakka Zulu in south africa. Napoleon during his era in France. I'll end with this one, there was a very cool king of England whose absolute power was almost turned into a religion. But as legend has it, he took those who would worship him to the beach and demonstrated that since he had no control of the tides, he was not worthy of worship.
