He has to have a nose!Everyone does. His is just messed up because of all the plastic surgery!

He did have a nose but it kept falling off. One day it fell off and Michael was going to pick it up but somebody accidentally kicked it and it fell down a sewer drain. So he had to go get a fake one made and had it super glued on.
