In 2006, NASA was funded $16.5 billion. In 2005, NASA was funded $16.1 billion.

So NASA's budget is equal to about 2 month of Iraq War. Lovely, isn't it?

gebobs is correct. About 16 billion dollars a year. It is a lot of money by personal standards, but quite small as government programs go.
