a embarrassing question?

Has anyone ever had like a rectal or anal twitch......tremble...i can't explain it. What is this from,l what should I do? It is more on the outside.....

It does sound like a nerve that keeps twitching. If your still concerned about it you should talk to your doctor about it. But if it's a twitching nerve, it's not dangerous to your health.

Haven't you ever had a twitch or tremor on the outside? It sounds like the same thing on the inside.
