The website is a pain to go through to ship things!

I agree with you. I stopped using the website and now I call them directly with my account number. It's so much easier and you don't have to worry about all the problems from the internet. Thank you.

I've used it extensively...only had a few problems but it was mostly with shipping to other country's and those damn Shipper's Export Declaration (SED)
must be preaproved online or it will get jammed in a container til an inspection can occur (usually one month).

Tracking numbers only mean a label has been printed ...if the package has not been picked up yet then the number is still not confirmed valid...call the shipper

they did supply me with some defective shipping label pouches once (ripped open at seams) and caused a 5000 dollar package to be lost.
1 of 3 on COD so none of them could be delivered till the first was found...they hopped right to it though and found it on the day before christmas eve.!

Yes I have. I have dealt with them for years since I use them with my home business. Its just a matter of learning the software

i am right now for 2 orders.... i have tracking numbers for them both but they still say they arent in the computers. How can the box have a tracking number with out being in a computer...

we use them all the time at work but they deliver us supplies and then we call to schedule a pick-up- those websites irritate me too
