John Lennon was my favorite Beatle and in my opinion the one with the most talent Although Yoko was a little tough to take. . One of the driving factors behind the Beatles' split was Paul treated the band at the end like it was his alone. Lennon's Imagine is an all time classic and nothing Paul did ever came close. George with the Travelin Wilsburys did some good work but the band was a cast of allstars. So, George was only a part oif it. Also, one of my favorite Christmas songs is Lennon's 'So this is Christmas and what have you done....' Good stuff.

John Lennon. Most charisma, finest voice, best lyrics, most style.

It is a something of an in-joke amongst Beatles fans that the Beatles are dying in reverse order of talent - that is, John (the most talented) first, then George Harrison. Ringo can breathe secure in his bed until Paul has popped his clogs.

Paul McCartney. No question about it. He's the most amazing songwriter and has the loveliest voice I've ever heard. He can play virtually any instrument and was the soul of the Beatles.

I would say John Lennon was the best Beatle, he wrote the best music and he had a very wide diversity of music, I thought John Lennon was better on his own than he was with the Beatles.
