Teddy should have stayed in the car.Being the blowhard that he is and full of hot air ,the car would have eventually floated to the surface.But being the coward that he is ,he decided to cut and run, to save his political future.To bad for all of us and Mary Jo.

Yes, or it just took too much energy (after saving himself from drowning) to go to a phone and call for help. BTW, this is perfectly relevant to bring up as he is still an official.
