Its simple it comes bundled with the and microsoft Os just follow the steps
click start --> run --> type --> msimn --> click on OK it will open Outlook express.
But make sure u are not looking for Microsoft Outlook because that comes bundled with Microsoft office...... this should answer your question
The location for the msimn (outlook exe file) is c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe

Outlook Express is included in Windows. Open Control Panel. Select Add/Remove Programs. Select Add/Remove Windows Componets. Check the Outlook Express box. You may need your windows cd.

If by default you mean that you want it to open from IE 6 when you click the email button, that is done in IE: Internet Tools>Programs tab... Why would you want to? Outlook is more full featured and also generally better protected by email antivirus scanners than is Express due to the way that Express handles mail attachments...

It comes with the OS. If you can't find it in your start menu then find this file and create a shortcut to it, this is the path on my pc
c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe.
