jyesterday we had sex and after that had discharge for almost 3-4 hrs,what should i do to conceive this month..please help..i have only 3 days left...as i would be ovoluting within 3 days..so reply soon

first of all,have patience and have sex during 3 am-5am..that is the perfect timing ofr conception and remember the rule of gravity,and it does not matter if you have lil discharge after sex...see 1 out thousands of semens require to get pregnent and i'm sure the right one has already reached it right place....
so don't worry,stay in bed for atleast 30 min after sex and keep pillow undr ur bums so that semen can stay in ur body for longer period.

missionary is the best position. Then continue to lay there after wards for 30 minutes and the left over stuff that comes out can be wiped off. If any sperm were going to make it through your cervice they would be through within that half hour. If you want to put a pillow under you go ahead. Maybe get him to do it for you so you dont lose any "little ones". Also I read in my book "taking charge of your fertility" that while he is "expelling" to have him not move in and out, just to stay still. My husband didnt like the idea, but I told him he had free rein the rest of the month.

My doctor recommended I just make sure I stay in bed for 20 minutes after sex, rather than a particular posture. It was bad for me since I tend to get urinary tract infections if I don't urinate immediately after sex, but was lucky on that score.
In case you miss this month: what are you using to know you're ovulating? Are you having sex when your discharge is kind of gummy and stretchy? that worked for me better than temperature and countdowns.
Also, do a search for lubes that have the right pH. I found one in a health store that "replicates" the ideal pH conditions of the vagina and thus helps sperm thrive once in. Better than other lubes. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name. Best luck to you.

this was my first month TTC and well whatever we did... worked, i am now 4 weeks pregnant. i had sex the day after my period till the day after i ovulated so i didnt miss any chance i had to get pregnant. i would lay in bed with a pillow under my bum and my legs bent up. and let me tell u hunny ... it really works! good luck! oh and lay there for at least 30 min. then go wash up but dont wash "inside". i am prone to getting urinary tract infections and low and behold i got one while TTC. but i got on meds and now im all good and beginning this 9 month journey :)

Lie down flat on your back. keep a pillow under your buttock. Lie down for another hour after you had the sex. It is better to have sex alternative days from 10 to 15 days from the onset of your period.

Any position with deep penetration is fine and wait for the penis to become totally limp before removing it from your hole
