I'm trying to figure out how to respond to a negative review on my profile.
I have a bunch of positive reviews but one seller in particular sells his merchandise with false pretenses. He says no "shipping" but in the lower corner in small writing states the "handling" costs.
I wasn't aware shipping and handling were two separate costs. My mistake but I would like to get respond to this review but I cannot figure out how.
Would someone please explain how to respond to a negative review so that it shows up on my profile? Thanks!
