start all programs.. accessories.. system tools .. defrag
then click on the defrag tab and sit back

Start> control panel>Performance & Maintenance>
to do a disc clean up: clean cookies, etc...
you select:
Free up space on your hard disc
To Defrag:
select: Rearrange items on your hard disk to make programs run faster
ANOTHER way is :
Start> All Programs>Accessories> System Tools and select what you want.
