I don't think it's very nice. Look at the context for clues. No walls could mean no boundaries or restraints on your behavior, or maybe it means your ideas are not backed up with facts. Maybe she is alleging that you do not have an appropriate sense of shame- that you are too open in your life or careless in personal conversation. Good luck, I hope you won't have to depend on her as a friend.

maybe means 'no limits' no restraint' 'no boundaries'
depending on the context it could be a compliment or a criticism
