Ebay- They have tons of old patterns on there.... I looked at old dior patterns the other day on ebay :)

go to the fabric store and look up the email address pattern companies and ask them directly... Garage sales/estate sales
contact major movie studios and ask for their costume dept.

In a boutique store I would think..I dont think you can buy them in the ordinary fashion shop.
