In the movie "About Last Night"?

In the movie "About Last Night" when Debbie and Danny meet at Mother's the night after they hook-up, Joan goes with Debbie and Bernie is with Danny. When Joan meets Bernie, she acts very weird and sort of steps back...I am wondering if Bernie is suppose to be the "big hairy guy" that was snoring in Joan's bed when Debbie goes home that morning. They run in and look at him and giggle. I wonder if we are suppose to think that Bernie was so drunk that he forgot Joan from the night before and of course, she is mad.

I don't think so... I've seen that movie like 200 times & I'm pretty sure Joan is just a beeyotch. (haha)
