The only reason why we have racism in the first place is because of people's mindsets. If you’ve noticed people have been trying to demolish racism for the longest. We had activist who died for what they believed in, but still it is here. Even when human life is compromised stubborn people still don’t budge. Honestly, I don’t know what we can do. It's human nature to be rebellious. As humans all of us have different mindsets, we’re all biased to some degree… if it’s not with one subject than it’s another. So to ask how we can get rid of or to diminish racism is really far fetched. The most I suggest you can do is live your life, and don’t let ignorance get to you. Raise your children to love all things, even the people who hate them. And in time people will change.

I have not in any respect heard a lot about racism as I have this previous 3 hundred and sixty 5 days,in case you assert something someone doesent trust you're labled racist. "In rational debate, the argument antagonistic to at least something is that that is fake not that that is hurtful. yet political correctness has poisoned the elements for dealing with puzzling subject matters and has again us to the days at the same time as a adequate counter-argument grow to be that a concept grow to be opposite to doctrine. A democracy that can not tolerate debate on arguable subject matters can not function." ~Tom Tancredo ~

Start with yourself. If you have children or are in a position that you care for children of any age, try to help them see that just because someone is different, they aren't bad. My daughter was recently showing my grandmother that she can count in Spanish. My grandmother actually told her to stop it becuase we're in America and we speak English. I told her not to talk to my daughter that way and push her racist beliefs on her. Learning new languages stimulates the brain and can be very helpful in any business. There are several advantages to knowing multiple languages. To me, racists are afraid that their race will be wiped out by other races and it is all about survival and hatred to them. If Native Americans had reacted the same way when the Europeans "invaded" this land, we wouldn't be speaking English in America right now. If the Europeans hadn't brought so many slaves from Africa, America wouldn't have so many African-Americans. Most racists in some form or other have brought this hatred on themselves. I was attacked by a black-puerto rican when i was a teenager. Do I hate all blacks or puerto ricans or any mixture of that? NO I judge ppl based on their own personal action, not becuase of their color or background. If we can help others see that by the way we each live our life and not tolerate racists, then racists will hopefully be the minority...someday.

Start within yourself. Don't be a racist and don't tolerate people to make slurs. But when you are not tolerating bad behavior, make sure that you are doing it with the right attitude...use a gentle tone of voice and a kind face. You can't end a fight by picking one.

Mandatory education. Racism is the lowest among those who accept evolution and human migration out of Africa. DNA has proven human migration to be true.

Create equal opportunity, and equal access to all of the things that life has to offer. It is hard to look down on someone if you both are treated equally. Furthermore, there should be an open dialog, and different communities ought to interact more with one another.

I think racism should be recognized as a virus -- as a social virus. Once we all begin to see how alike we all are, rather than concentrate on our differences, I think we can start to recognize how to either immunize ourselves or defeat that social virus.

Socialize your children with other races. People who understand are a lot less likely to hate.
