Can Channel 4's 4 on demand programmes be recorded?

Hello - I want to watch some programmes via Channel 4's new on-demand service, however on the off-chance that I want to watch them again - does anybody know if there's any way of capturing the incoming movie & sound stream and recording it?

A) Not that I have heard of
B) It would be illegal
