They do sell a small collections of Victoria's Secret bras & other VS's lingeries, however not d full range.
Their boutiques are located at the following malls;
1) Paragon Shopping Ctr, #03-09

Just tell her you would like to shop there since they have a line of underwear and bras geared towards the young women. I would just tell her and aske her if it is okay. It's not a big deal. If it is a matter of being afraid to ask her then I believe that if you want to wear shop at Victoria's Secret then you should be mature enough to ask your mom if it's okay. Good luck! I just bought some underwear from VS yesterday - PINK is so cute and comfy!

Don't think they sell in Singapore but check out the newspaper advertisements. Sometimes they bring in victoria secret to sell in some jumbo or mega sale in exhibition centre like expo, suntec or hotel seminar rooms. Good luck.

VS only has stores in US. But to be sure, u can ask VS about it. Their email cs is pretty good. For qestions like this, it may take a day or two to get a reply, but i am almost 100% sure u will get a reply from them.
